2. The following item can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

(2). The item must not have been worn or resize.

(3). I will send you the return details.

(4). The return item must be insured with signature confirmation.

(5). Please notify us the tracking number.

(6). We will take the responsibility if your item is lost or damaged in transit and we will pay the return freight.

(7). $35 handcrafted costs and $40 inventory costs would be cut for covering my lost.

(8). When the item is received and check everything OK, the rest of payment will be refunded to you in 3-5 days.
